Before you write
Most install issues are solved by the troubleshooting section on the homepage: check the file size matches the table, keep free storage beyond the download size, and allow installs from your browser during the install. If your message is about a specific problem, telling us your phone model and Android version helps us reproduce it on our test rack.
Response times
We reply within two working days, usually much faster. We cannot help with lost in-game accounts or purchases inside the game itself; those belong to the game developer, TOJ GAMES LLC.
